Stayed in a Suite with ample space with a full kitchen, a table with barstools, a sofa and plenty of room. Very clean. Just a block from the Vanderbilt campus, and close enough to the Parthenon replica to get there on foot.

Nice stay, unexpected $50 parking charge ruined it
I booked through hotels.com and there was no mention of a charge for parking. The receipt they sent me also had no mention of parking and showed a total charge due at the property of $232.54. There was no mention of a parking charge when I checked in. However, at checkout, I requested a printout of the folio and saw a $50 parking charge, making the total bill $282.54. The desk clerk said she could not take the charge off my bill but a manager would call me and discuss it. So far, no manager call. The stay was okay but having an unexpected $50 charge hit me was NOT okay!

The hotel has a great location, because is only 2 miles away from downtown. The breakfast was ok, the lady in the front desk was not very friendly, I asked her to change us rooms because ours was very far in the 5th floor and my husband has knee issues, first she said she couldn’t do it and at then end she did change us when someone else came in, one of the rooms one of my family members stayed at wS super hot the AC didn’t work, they complained and no one came to fix it, at the end they had to leave and the AC problem was never addressed

It is a great location and clean. The bed is comfortable. It could probably use an update for some of the furniture but the price was reasonable for what you got. I usually stay at the hotel every year for an annual event due to its convenience.

Friendly but needing some upkeep/updating
Adequate facility. Breakfast setup was fresh and clean. Facilities are visibly on the decline, but staff is friendly and attentive. Breakfast area was great for early-morning work. Exercise area is relatively small but adequate. Peloton-type bike is good, but I prefer a recumbent. Stairwell rails feel a bit sticky/grimy, and hallway floors were a little as well - need a good wash-down/shampoo.
