I went there to make a surprise birthday trip to my sister and the service was perfect from the check-in. The receptionist were really helpful and caring. The room was quite big and even though it was located in the streets it was really quiet. We will definitely come back again if we have the chance to visit Alicante in the future. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean and tidy with nice toiletries. We booked buffet breakfast which were delicious and had sufficient variety there. Though I had to ask for a kettle and beverages. Central location with supermarkets and some high standard restaurants nearby. The shops and the beach were within walking distance as well as the shopping centre easily accessible. Apart from there was no swimming pool, everything else was spot on!
