Nothing fancy, but comfortable and quiet. Safe area, while still being close to the highway and other main roads. The in suite kitchens are a plus. Front desk service is always friendly.

I traveled throughout the states for the last few years. Staying at several different brand hotels. Focusing on Choice hotels,,, this hotel has been my favorite. I’m a solo female traveler, safety being the upmost importance. I feel very safe here. It’s quiet, close to your necessities. It is an older hotel but, they are diligent in cleaning and maintaining everything. From the management, front desk and housekeeping… all have been sincerely welcoming and very accommodating. That these days, is a rare find.

You get what you pay for. Just ok.

Unprofessional desk staff for check in and check out. The bed was very hard and hurt both of our backs. The closet smelled like pee. Otherwise, it was quiet and near the freeway and plenty of places to eat. I was also very affordable and we felt fairly safe. It was ok for a quick llace to sleep but because of the hard beds we wont be staying here again.

We arrived, looked at the room, and left. There was blood on the mattress and blood smear on the wall from others killing bedbugs. The room reeked of chemical bedbug spray. The room was dirty and the floor was not vacuumed. Ultimately, we didnt feel comfortable staying the night, so we checked out early. The staff member at the desk was friendly and understanding. Overall 1/5 experience, we will not be going back.

Had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get to front door. People smoking 10-15 feet from entry. I alerted staff but no change during our 3-night stay. Lobby and hallways were worn out and carpeting very dirty but room was quite clean, to my surprise. Staff members were pleasant. Towels and sheets were terribly thin and worn!!

Bad Customer Experience

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and it has changed over the past 2 years. My room had a very fowl smell from the carpet. I had to go out and purchase plugins, candles and carpet fresh for my room. There was no remote for TV and no iron in the room and I had to go and ask for them. I had to take my trash out to the dumpster and that was the new to me! They even counted the towels I had and chastised me on the replacements. The hotel has always been an extended stay with a kitchenette, but the guest were workers at Chrysler from other countries. They had breakfast and sometimes nice evening snacks. Totally a different place now and the maintenance has gone down tremendously. The lights in the parking lot were out for 6 of 9 days I was there. It use to be a Marriott and now Choice Hotel. I will never stay at this location again!
