Loud intruder stormed into our room unannounced.
The person in charge of cleaning stormed into our bedroom at 8:30 am in New Year’s day yelling to see if we wanted service even though we were scheduled to leave that morning. She used a master key to open the door and started yelling at the top of her lungs while we were sleeping semi-naked. We complained about the incident and we were told someone would be contacting us to give us an explanation and apology about the incident but nobody did.

Love it. The only thing I didn’t know was that I could do valet for hotel and I parked and garage and couldn’t go out due to paying twice. Other then that was amazing my view and wife and aunt were both super close for Kany Garcia concert. AA++++
