We have come to depend on Horizon Inn for the value it affords us for just a few more dollars in this market. We have tried other hotels in this lower price tier with mixed to unsatisfactory results. Horizon is always welcoming, no-nonsense and very accommodating. Two points off for this trip - 1. Instant cereal (oatmeal) in the breakfast nook but no hot water and no apparent microwave to fix it with (??) 2-Mattress probably nearing it's commercial lifespan Otherwise, clean, well kept, everything works on the first try.

We just stopped in for one night on a road trip. It was easy to get in and out, the parking lot had some good shade (huge relief in the heat wave), and both staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Wifi and tv both worked well, breakfast was pretty average.
