Excellent customer service! The owner was very friendly and he was very welcoming and kind! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, as well! We checked in using a kiosk with a virtual link to someone offsite. He was a good sport since we had teenagers with us. Owner told me later they were testing the use of the kiosk because he can’t find employees. There were a variety of guests from families to a group of older women. Rooms were clean and pics were accurate. Complimentary breakfast room has seating for about 6-8 so prepare to eat in your room. No protein choices at breakfast when we were there. We were in town for an event so basically at hotel at night.

For the most part, it clean and comfortable. Regarding the free breakfast… for a 7 day stay, I found it available 3 days. Two days with no coffee. Even in the room when they cleaned it it was not restocked with coffee. Located nicely near a Perkins and McDonald’s, Target all with in walking distance.

The outside of the building could use a refresh but the rooms were newly remodeled and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Nice room, not hot water

The web description says that they offer breakfast, but that is false. I checked 2 days, and basically nothing there. Room was recently renovated and clean. Sink had hot water, but shower had very low water volume, and was about half cold and half hot, so taking a shower was uncomfortable and I did it as quickly as possible to avoid shivering.

Deborah was awesome! Rooms were nice and clean, comfy bed/pillows. They seemed like they were recently remodeled and nice. AC unit old and very noisy and inefficient. Overpriced for the quality and location on very noisy and busy street. Property not well maintained and trash and weeds all around the property. Breakfast was a joke-looked like they ran to a local convenience store to grab something. Need to update and upgrade the breakfast.
