Mixed Bag
If I had the option, I would rate this as a 3.5. On the plus side, the remote kiosk was not working, so I got checked in by a pleasant and efficient human. The room was clean and fairly comfortable. WiFi was absolutely awesome. Breakfast in the Adventure Inn lobby was pretty good for a budget motel. On the negative side, 2 of the lightbulbs were burned out, light switch by the door was broken, no plug for the drain in the sink, and heater lamp in the bathroom didn't work. The place is a bit dinged up, although some things have been modernized. I got a fantastic rate for the room, so it was all good, but otherwise I would probably stay elsewhere.

Not the Best
It was very sketchy. There is a man who just walks in the parking lot all weird and another man who, I guess cleans that just likes to stare at you and see what you're doing. I stared back and said "What are you looking at!?". That place doesn't seem safe and floors are dirty. You don't check in at the motel itself, you have to check in at another motel called Adventure Inn. And if you book your room through "3rd Party", they don't give you a receipt, which I always have.

Poor service, neglected property
No screen in the bathroom window so couldn’t open it at night to cool down the room since the air conditioner didn’t work properly. Also, they didn’t bother to turn it on in advance of our arrival so at least it could try and mitigate the heat. Lamp shade had been taped with scotch tape, but was falling apart, and there were bare wires (literally) on one of the cords from the lamp. Can you say fire hazard?

Ok motel great location
Overall good no frills motel. Expensive for what you get but rates for the entire town are elevated due to prime location. Only disappointment was having to go to the Adventure Inn next door to check in. Feels disconnected. Also specifically requested decaf coffee and it was not provided by the help staff.

When we arrived to check in there was a note to go to a different motel to check in. We walked there, checked in, a walked back. Never saw any staff at all.

Quiet inexpensive stay
The hotel is old. Some remodeling has been done. Not perfect but rooms are clean and tidy. Bed is firm and comfortable. Quiet location. For the area cost was the most reasonable for a 2 night stay.

Poor hotel!
Hotel was very aged with no indication of upgrading. Room was not very clean, television did not work, and was not very clean. Would not stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Pass on this one
The place is convenient to Arches natl park. Our toilet made bad gurgling sounds, had to close lid before flushing or else the contents would spew out of bowl! Almost no plugs to recharge devices. Fridge didn’t work. Great ice machine. Could hear everything next door. Furniture old and tired. Bathroom floor was heated but I assume not on purpose. Tv channels almost nonexistent or snowy. Would not recommend. It’s really inexpensive compared to other overpriced places in Moab.
