Great night stay
Our stay was amazing! Jordan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with a speedy check in. He even upgraded our room at no charge and gave my husband a ball marker. The room had a beautiful view and was decorated nicely. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and cozy.

Nice hotel!
Attended the Marine Corps Ball. Reception room was beautiful & the Marines decorated the tables beautifully. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. Dinner was average, nothing special. There didn’t seem to be enough dressing or butter at the table. There also seemed to be quite a lag between first course and the main course, not sure if that was programming issue with the Marines or a kitchen issue.

Excited to stay here. Excitement ended there. You have to pay 30.00/day to park in addition to your room rare, on top of that, it is over a 1/4 of a mile to walk to hotel entrance from parking. Unless you Valet. Which was 40.00/day plus tip each time you want your vehicle. No fan in the bathroom, no microwave in suite. With taxes and fees and parking it was close to 500.00 night. Bed WAS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, woke up in middle of night and each morning with back pain. Explained myself experience to staff at check out. No offer to reduce bill or speak to a manager or anything. I also did not ask for that, but while polite. The agent checking me out had no interest to try and resolve it or do anything for us. I have to stay there again for a work conference, planning on extending my stay for that extra day, but after the three nights I did not want to and (surprising myself here; would rather stay at a Holiday Inn for 185/night than this supposed luxury resort for 485/night.). This review is not about money, but I CAN ABSOLUTELY ASSURE YOU IT IS 1000 percent not worth the money they charge. I have stayed at more luxury hotels than I can remember, this is by far the absolute worst. They are polite, but are disorganized and not interested at all in their guest experiences. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A COMFORTABLE LUXURY HOTEL EXPERIENCE. I WISH I HAD NEVER STAYED THERE. 1400.00 for three nights. It is not worth 500.00 for three nights.

The property was lovely and exceptionally clean. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was noise from downstairs. There was a bar or restaurant on a level below us and the music was bothersome when we were in the room during day and evening hours. We did not contact anyone about this issue. I feel that it would have been taken care of if we had reported the problem. If I were to stay there again, and I will if in the area, I would make sure to not be in the same area/floor of the resort.

Pools were fun and had a splash pad for kids and adult infinity edge pool on the top floor, drinks at the bar in the lobby were so good, everyone was so nice and accommodating, from the second we arrived we were welcomed,I want to go back already! The pillows and sheets smell like mildew and the towels were not all clean. The staff was friendly and nice but the gave us sheets and pillows to replace the dirty ones but we were not told there was no staff to change the sheets.
