Boa com alguns contras.
Boa com algumas ressalvas ! Quando cheguei fui colocado em um quarto de estrutura extremamente precária, com ar condicionado inoperante, móveis muito gastos e visão da janela para uma parede. Depois de alguma reclamação, fui colocado em um quarto de qualidade, que mudou a experiência. Alguns funcionários foram excelentes e prestativos (Eugênio da recepção e Claudia), por outro lado, tive uma experiência estranha com outro funcionário também da recepção. As piscinas são muito boas, área de lazer também muito boa, e comida excelente (exceto pelo pão do café da manhã, que é duro). Localização muito boa. Obs: NÃO EXTISTE BARRACA DE PRAIA DO HOTEL COMO DA A ENTENDER NAS FOTOS. O que é divulgado nas fotos, é simplesmente uma foto da barraca de praia que tem em frente ao hotel, mas repito, não tem vínculo com o hotel.

Tivemos problemas na chegada, nossa reserva paga não estava no sistema, ficamos num apartamento inferior, ainda não sabemos como teremos o reembolso da diferença. No restante apenas a ducha do chuveiro que deixa a desejar, a sauna em manutenção e a barraca de praia não é mais do hotel.

Hotel bom! Quarto grande e cama confortável. Comprei a pensão completa e valeu super a pena. Comida simples, mas boa! Paguei em torno de 380,00 na diária, já com as refeições, acredito que tenha pegado uma promoção, porque esse valor é excelente para o serviço oferecido. No checkout me informaram que as bebidas (sem álcool) já estavam incluídas no pacote, bebi refrigerante em todas as refeições. No geral achei muito bom o custo benefício. O hotel tem uma boa area de lazer e fica de frente pra praia, só atravessar a rua. O hotel da manhã é simples, mas atende as expectativas. Já fiquei em outros hotéis melhores, porém com valor MUITO superior a que paguei, então no geral estou muito satisfeito com minha estadia no Ramada.
