Check in was woeful!!!!
Bar& kitchen staff were very helpful but remote check-in management did not work (unlike some other hotels that seem to know how to manage Wotif bookings). It took well over an hour to get the entry codes. And then thebroom heating did not work - and remote management could not get anyone to fix it (being a Sunday is no excuse). At leadt the shower was hot - we hadnt get warm somehow. I've been more comfortable camping!!
