Good location I can enjoy the firework show of happy new year. It's very close to the place. Convenient conditions I had to late check-in because of my flight schedule. The hotel manager gave the relief to me by checking my intentions. It makes me rest assure that I don't have to worry about too late to check in.

Fabulous Staff And A Great Stay
We have stayed at these units before and really enjoyed our stay so didn’t hesitate in booking it again. Our first 2 hours at the apartment were riddled with issues, but the staff were apologetic and prompt with correcting the problems - ending with a change of unit. The staff saved the day and our mini-holiday. They are an absolute credit to the business. They turned what would’ve been a 2/5 star review to 5/5. Give them a pay rise! They deserve it. Thank you!

Would stay again, convenient location.
Good location for south bank. Many restaurants coffee shops and bars nearby as well as train station and qpac 400m away. Room was clean (beds kitchen, bathroom and floors etc,)but some furniture items had stains and needed steam clean or replacement. Apartments are a little dated now but more than sufficent for a few nights.Small balcony with river as well as city views (atm but building in progress across the street will block a lot of the view). Friendly reception staff. Paid parking per day onsite. Overall, my second stay at the Ivy was good value comfortable and recommended.

Good location, average unit nothing like the photo
It was ok, location was great and short walk to South Bank. Checked in and allocated a car parking spot, to then discover someone parked there, after another visit to reception and further wait they eventually found another location. Was difficult to check in due to no parking. Unit was ok but nothing like the pictures on Hotels.com, unit was in need of a good clean, carpet was marked and dirty. Bathrooms mouldy and still had hair on floors and drains from previous guests. Unit was definitely not worth the rates charges.

Small apartment within walking distance to a great transport hub. Excellent restaurants and cafe nearby, with a great vibe near by in Fish Lane. It has a pool spa and gym room, added bonus was a pizza oven and a projector for movies in the common area. One down note was that one of the 3 lifts was out of service for our stay of 4 days, which means it can be a long wait to get the lift in the morning and late afternoons.
