"Besides of the fact that this Riad was very beautiful and clean. The owner and the assistant made us feel like HOME. Their attentiveness, help, and kindness were really amazing. If one day I visit Fez again, definitely I will stay here again without any dude. Khalid and Yassine they both were simple amazing ."

"Very good hotel. Clean, spacious room, with helpful and courteous staff. Nice pool area. Good breakfast, although restaurant service is a little slow. A special thank you to Salma at guest experience for providing a personal service throughout our stay, who also arranged tours and spa experience for us. Also thank you to manager Akram. (Just bear in mind that as with some other hotels, the air conditioning system in the hotel is switched off in winter, with only heating available, so have to open the large room window if feeling hot, but we had a comfortable stay). Hotel area felt safe, just a few minutes walk from the shopping mall Borj Fes, with restaurants, shops etc. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Fes and we would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast at the Riad was great. Had dinner twice - good food. Did not have time to enjoy spa services. "

"If we could give Riad Baraka 10 stars, we would. The Riad is lovely with an authentic Moroccan feel. The staff Mr. Said Samir, Mrs.Tuliar and all the others made us feel welcome and at home. "The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and comfortable. The staff is also very helpful and kind. Everyone we spoke to was very professional and always ready to assist. We tried two restaurants. The Spanish restaurant and French restaurant. Both were delicious with attentive waiters. When we first checked in the bathroom floors had not been cleaned and we found stains on our bed sheets, when we told the front desk, they took care of it right away. Second, our laundry was not returned until we asked, but again when we told front desk, they were very apologetic and brought it right away. Last, we got a call the morning we were leaving saying a taxi picked up a friend of ours from the airport, however, we ordered a taxi to the train station that morning, again this was sorted out but definitely some back and forth with a few things at the hotel. Overall, good experience and helpful staff. "

"A very stylish Riad next to the Medina. Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to provide whatever you needed. Nice breakfast and great location. Definitely recommend."

"Large room with private bath, best continental breakfast ever. Clean room and quiet. Great location, close to the blue gate. Mohammed took me to a great leather shop with much better prices than the tannery. He also showed me an awesome restaurant at the end of the alley with great kabobs and couscous. I will stay there again when I visit Fez again."
