This was a significant inconvenience during my stay and clearly needs to be addressed. Additionally, while the rooms themselves were comfortable, the pillows could definitely be improved for a more restful sleep.
When it came to amenities and dining, I found the options to be quite limited. There were few choices for amenities, and the lunch options were particularly scarce. For a hotel of this caliber, a greater variety in both these areas would greatly enhance the guest experience.
