Older style yet comfortable
We were in a section with an older style but the bed was comfortable. There was a mini-refrigerator & a coffee/tea maker, but no microwave. Overall, it was an okay night's stay.

No so good stay
When we first arrived we were told our room number, we got to the room only to find out it was already occupied! Once we got another room the blanket on the bed was very stained and was covered up by two sheets. There were only 2 towels for 3 people; so we just decided on no showers. We didn’t sleep well so decided to check out around 5:45am instead of waiting until check out time.

Extremely Disappointed in This Radisson
I’m not sure why the reviews on this hotel are so good considering how terribly this hotel is managed. There was all kinds of issues when I checked in with paying with my gift card versus my debit card even though I had purchased this way many times before at other hotels they absolutely refused to work with me on that and they also wanted to charge me a huge deposit which I still don’t understand why that’s now common practice, especially for people who are traveling for business. The one thing I will say is that the owner did resend the hundred dollar deposit probably because he saw what kind of guest I would be and knew that I was only there to sleep. When I came back from my business convention. The bed was extremely uncomfortable not only was it an older spring mattress, but it was so hard that I felt like I was sleeping on a hill in the middle of the mattress and I tossed and turned all night and woke up every night with major back soreness. The hotel only gave me two towels which were tiny and I had friends come over to use my shower while they were waiting to check in and they requested towels and I had to wait for about 45 minutes just to get towels for my friends and then when they left the hotel room, they left their towels out in the hallway and no one ever replenished the towels, even though I asked for towels for two daysthe whole way to get to the room stunk of cigarette smoke, even though there were signs everywhere stating that you could not smoke inside the

The lobby and pool area are beautiful. The bar and restaurant are nice. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated, not fancy, and are in need of some TLC, but beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. If your looking for a budget friendly hotel for your downtown Louisville experience this place is perfect. Only complaint is there was no coffee in the lobby (the coffee in the room was not good) so we had to buy coffee from the restaurant

Hotel is very outdated and not kept up very well. Family of 4 checked in with 2 small towels and 1 washcloth. Took over 3 hrs to get 2 more towels.

Don’t stay here!
Asked for towels and never got them, no shower curtain and had to run down a housekeeper and beg for one. They advertise a full breakfast buffet, NO BREAKFAST BUFFET! Said they had no eggs! Bathroom sink leaked and ran all over bathroom floor, curtains at the window had holes in them. Will never stay there again. Train wreck of a place!

Never Again!
The photos on the site are nothing like what is in person! We had the king suite and it was extremely outdated and gross! There were cigarettes burns all over the bathroom and the bathtub needs to be resurfaced. It is a hazard and was not clean. We arrived an hour after check in time to wait in a line that was wrapped around the lobby for an hour and yet, once we got to the front, our room still was not ready. The towels in the room were dinghy and thin. We opted not to use the shower as it looked like a health hazard. The pillows were thin, small and square.

Disappointment
The hotel was not at all what was advertised. The only thing that looked even close to the pictures online was the registration desk. But even that was a joke. The main lobby doors had water running out of the ceiling. We arrived and waited 20 minutes for check in. Had to go to “building I”. It was dirty, the floors were busted and cracked. The elevator was a true hazard with the ceiling tiles missing and open fair with 3” of dirt showing. The carpet had multiple areas of dirt in the hallways. Due to the farm expo in Louisville, we had no other option but to stay where we reserved. But given the choice again I would drive the 5 hours home rather than stay. I made reservations for 2 adults and 1 child. There were only 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No soap in the bathroom. My husband went to the desk and asked for towels and was told someone would bring some. They never came. Just overall very disappointed in the cleanliness, the maintenance of the facility, and horrible service.

Not worth it.
Beds were terrible. Room looked like had t been cleaned well. Carpet was soiled. Tv and phone didn’t work and no maintenance on property after 5pm and it has a large number of rooms. Heater was super noisy we had to turn it off to sleep. Customers who had stayed there in past were complaining. Would not stay again
