Convenience location near sawgrass mall
Good option but building needs more maintenance and update since last time I was there. The room had really old appliances but other than that it was good. The only down thing was that third floor had a funny smell that last almost 3 days.

This hotel is a complete dump. We had to check in via a computer screen. Everything is worn. The breakfast was a complete joke. There was no one cleaning up. There was no coffee trash everywhere. Does anyone even work in this hotel?

Filthy and dreadful
This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. We are a big traveling family especially quick trips for tournaments and such. The rooms were filthy. The sofa bed had stains all over the mattress. Feces in the room. Bathroom has never been cleaned. The smell of the entire hotel was beyond horrible.

Good Stay
The staff was great, and the amenities were just right. However, the outside looks much better that the rooms. First walking into the room you could tell there were pets in there before. I don't have a problem with pets, but the smell was strong. The sink in our room did not drain well at all and the shower head barely spit out water. We slept well and the beds were comfortable. The temperature was easily adjusted to our liking. Check in and out was perfect.

Need help with customer service
There are no front desk only a virtual check in kiosk. The pool was closed had I known this I would have not booked. I tried calling the hotel before I got there no answer. After I left I sent messages with no response back. It would be nice if they responded . Hotel was rundown a bit on the inside also. The positive the beds and pillows were comfortable and clean.

The hotel itself was ok but we had so much noise on our floor ( first floor). It sounded like someone was slamming their door repeatedly. Apparently, the only person who spoke English was the receptionist who was very nice. I guess Americans have to learn Spanish in order to correspond with the hotel industry. I think it’s a disgrace.

Very poor condition
The hotel is extremely poor condition. My room had holes in the bathroom wall, smoke detector was falling off the wall, and the towels had holes in wall. The worst thing and why we could not stay was the roaches in the room! Multiple roaches were in bed when we went to lay down for the night.

Will not stay again
Very disappointed about the condition of this Laquita. It is in need is serious renovation and repair. The tub in our bathroom was well used that the porcelain was worn down to the metal. Grout was moldy. All the corners were damaged. Actually too much to list.

Awful
There was no attendant at the desk. Not what we expected. The elevator's permit expired aug 2024 and it clearly needed checked. The room smelled musty and the bathroom smelled of mildew. The air conditioner made noise all night. Breakfast was supposed to be served at 7, we went down at 710 and they were not even set up. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
