One of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We reserved a room with a king bed, they gave us two queens. We pointed this out to them and they told us there was nothing they could do because we booked it with Hotels.com. They were snotty about their mistake. The floor was dirty, like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile. There was no hot water when we checked in at 9pm and there was no hot water the next day either. The TV screen was beginning to die. There were pieces of laminate missing on the furniture. The mattress was like sleeping in a bean bag chair. Take this hotel out of your offerings. It’s a dump with poor management.

I loved my stay here. The staff is wonderful. Shout out to Misha, she went the extra mile to help me. Very comfortable and quiet. The gym is plenty adequate to get a work out. I will stay here again next time I visit family.

Stay away
Wasn’t the worse hotel experience we’ve ever had but it was close. As soon as you get off the elevator your hit with a strong odor of marijuana. Not a huge deal to smell it for a little bit but shouldn’t have to smell it all night. Told the staff was made aware and nothing was done. Continued to seem even through the early morning hours. Room appeared to have water damage at some point and damaged was poorly patched up. In the end stay away!!

Good stay
The check-in process took a little bit, as room was already taken. A little scary if I had walked in on somebody. It was corrected quickly. The room was updated and clean. My only remark about our room was it being separated from the building. On pretty days, that's not a problem, but there was a cold snap, so cold walking to building to eat, then walk back. Not the end of the world though.

Front desk personnel did not greet me. Was on his phone and didn't pay any attention to anyone coming in. My daughter went down to get something from the store and he was in the phone and told the person "hold on I have have someone in front of me." He wouldn't give her change said she would have to just get more stuff that would add up to $5. REALLY!
