Dirty hotel. Spend a little more and get another
Definitely would not recommend. We just stayed there with our two kids. Staff was ok, though not very welcoming. There is very little lighting In the hotel, so even the front entrance near the check In desk looked depressing. The room looked beat up and dirty. The bed sheets had stains on them. The shower wouldn’t drain and was leaking. Also when my wife tried getting the shampoo, the whole dispenser fell off the wall. Additionally, there was no shampoo, body wash, or hand soap at all in the dispensers. The room had no ceiling lights, just lamps, and was very dark. I would just recommend spending an extra 30-40 dollars if you can and get a better hotel if you can. We were only staying on night so we decided not to say anything to management or try and get a different room. Really bad hotel though. If you go, do not get room 129.

Nice and convenient
We would have liked an earlier check in but they had issues and couldn’t accommodate us, but that’s understandable. The room was comfortable and clean, the a/c worked well and we were comfortable, and the coffee was very good. I would stay again.

Ok for the money. Bit I won’t stay here again.
Room was very spacious, larger than I needed or expected. But, it was very outdated, no ironing board. I tried for two days to get an ironing board but never received one. The couch had a large rip in the arm. The refrigerator was extremely small. The pics make it look much nicer than it is. The staff was friendly and overall, the hotel was ok, but not as nice as the budget Holiday Inn Expresses I frequently stay at when traveling. For the price, the hotel meets a need, but I will look for a nicer hotel during my next trip to Phoenix.

Not recommending
The elevator was not working and wouldn’t be until a new part was received. Hotel needs updating. Curtains were tattered and shower needs caulking. No one was maintaining the breakfast area so tables were dirty.

Airport convenience
The only good thing about the hotel was the service provided to and from the hotel to the airport. The hotel smelled, the elevator was broken, the a/c was very loud and the bathroom towels appeared dirty. Breakfast area was not clean, dark and not a good selection.

Check before staying
I dont think the photos are an accurate description of the hotel rooms. The elevator stopped working after the first night there. So three days without. There were two elevators one was already out of order upon check in. I had to walk up and down stairs to and from the 4th floor. There should be some refunds for this stay. These rooms were not cheap. So who would we contact for a refund of some sort? I will await your reply. The cost for three night was $732.00. Which seemed awfully high for the comfortable.

Check In was slow, front desk answered 3 phone calls before checking us in ,Pool area had trash and leaves on the ground, painted patio furniture that was chipping and worn, room was okay , pillows were fairly flat , in the shower the toiletries dispenser had detached from where it had been hung and just sat in the tub edge, breakfast was fairly disappointing waffle machines were out of commission as was the juice dispenser, they had egg patties and potatoes for hot food options.staff was friendly, but over all not the best stay

Updates need to continue
Simple overnight passing through with family. Front desk super nice. Elevator not in service. Soaps in room mixed up. Spraying showerhead needs repair as does hot water control. Roach on our room wall (3rd floor). Airport transfer service never showed. Bare bulb lighting in room (no sconce). Towels and sheets were clean as was the bathroom. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Airport stop
We had an adjoining room with people we didn’t know which wouldn’t have been a problem except it was the meeting place for them and a bunch of other people for a couple hours. Very thin walls! The room faced the main road which was also very noisy and someone had a poor dog barking in the parking lot for much of the night. The bathtub didn’t drain well and the shower water adjuster was broken making it difficult to regulate the hot water. Breakfast had good choices but many things were gone by 8 am. The good thing was that the hotel was located near several places to eat and they arranged for an Uber to take us to the airport which was right on time.

Nightmare on Elm’s Street
DO NOT STAY HERE – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. First, when we arrived, the management acted like we didn’t have a reservation, despite the fact that we had booked in advance. Because they had no available rooms, they put us in the absolute worst room possible one that was out of service. The room reeked of urine, and we later found out from management themselves that someone had urinated all over the carpet. The tub was clogged, the TVs didn’t work, and worst of all, they admitted that even the sheets weren’t clean. Disgusting! To make matters worse, we originally booked and paid for a suite for four people, but they tried to shove us into a single king room. When we obviously refused, their solution was to split our group into two separate rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. So not only did we not get what we paid for, but we were completely separated. We didn’t even sleep the first night because the conditions were so bad. The fact that they knowingly placed us in a room that wasn’t even fit for guests is unacceptable. Hotels.com was also no help at all in resolving this situation. I demand a refund for this horrific experience. Stay far, far away from this place unless you want to deal with filth, mismanagement, and a complete disregard for paying guests.

Front desk staff was amazing and helpful. After a long late flight into phoenix this hotel was close to airport, friendly staff, comfy room. A bit outdated but it didn’t matter. We had a nice rest and simple breakfast/coffee available. Would stay here with family again.

Run down and beat up.
this hotel has seen better days. The carpets are really worn. The facility is definitely out of date. Our room had lightbulbs with no covers. Only one nightstand had a light accessible very poor lighting throughout the room. There is no restaurants close by only fast food the area around the hotel is tagged with gang tags. The water pressure in the shower is exceptional. Things were cleaning enough. The bed was comfortable. They use an Uber for their airport shuttle I’m really confused as to how this place has a seven star rating. I would not stay here again. The staff were very accommodating and kind. There is a gym,We did not use it It looked nice. We left too early to find out what the breakfast was like.
