Desk representative was not trained well. I checked out of the hotel early due to the quality, or lack thereof, and they told me to contact Hotels.com for a refund which I was eligible for. Hotels.com told me that since I paid the hotel directly, they were the ones who needed to refund the amount. I tried to call and there is no answer…ever! The phone can ring for days, but no one ever picks up.
