The rooms were clean and staff were helpful and kind.
One issue was the room key cards, everytime you left your room, the card wouldn't let you back in, and it just wasn't ours, everyone else was having the same problem.
Second issue was the "Continental breakfast". Was only offered children's cereal, toast and grape jelly, bananas and one day they had a shriveled orange and 1 hard boiled egg. Limited creamers for the coffee. Oh, BTW, the description of the room online states that every room has a coffeemaker, NOT TRUE!!!
The indoor pool was cold and hot tub was VERY hot.
We were there for 3 nights and our trash was never emptied and when my friend asked for extra towels, they told her to bring her dirty ones to the front desk.
I feel like I was overcharged for staying in this facility. I guess you just take your chances anymore, but with being on Social Security disability, I felt $80 a night was a lot, but it was a lesson learned.
