The interior of the room was very modern and nice. It blew us away with the difference between the exterior vs. interior appearance. The bed is incredibly comfortable—if not the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The only downside about the whole stay was the noise level. I’m not sure if it was the door or the window, but either way they were letting in so much noise that it made it difficult to sleep. Even in that heavenly bed! Overall a nice place to stay.

I was charged $200 for incidentals!! I was only there for a few hours. I didn’t even spend the night. I don’t even put $200 for incidentals when I stay in Vegas!!! I thought that was a bit much! I already had the reservation and I paid at the property. It was too late for a refund. I will not be staying again because of the incidental charge.

The place was great! Except the outside had to come across crazy crack heads outside the area! One pulled a knife on me and one was fully naked and there was a couple more that worried my vehicles outside, other than that the staff was nice.

Parking was a little hard, and the outside environment was so unkempt. The walkway bushes need pruning and cleanup, but because it is convenient to work, I will give the place 1 more week of trial! As a traveling night nurse who always seeks a quiet, clean hotel, this hotel needs to improve its environment! I love the room’s decor and ambiance! The front desk guy was excellent; he did his best to give me a quiet room in the back, away from the Hwy traffic. I truly appreciate that! Once inside the room, I was good!

This hotel is in a really sketchy area, I did not feel safe staying here at all or even leaving my car in the parking lot. They have really strict rules of no visitors so even if youd like to have family come see you, trust and believe they will say no. The pictures look so nice but what you get in person doesnt match. The back half of the hotel looked like it was all boarded up. Needless to say I refused to stay here and decided to give back our room key. The guy at the front desk took our key and told me to call hotels.com for a refund so we left and I called. He proceeded to tell the hotels.com operator that he wouldnt authorize anything until we drove all the way back and he required to speak to my husband. Customer service was the WORST ive ever dealt with. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
