Great price, smaller motel but very well taken care of property, perfectly located for Lake Erie Wine Country. Its a 1960's motel but rooms are updated very nicely and very clean. The kitchenette in the room was very nice - included kitchen sink, 2 burner cook top, apartment size fridge, dinning table, microwave, coffee maker (including supplies), toaster, pots, pans, real coffee and drinking cups.

After being caught in a long snow-related traffic jam, I arrived early Saturday morning feeling weary. The family went out of their way to accommodate me, helping me get into a room early and even offering food to make sure I was comfortable. Their genuine care and dedication to their guests truly stood out. The room was spotless, cozy, and exactly what I needed to recharge. It’s clear this family takes great pride in their business and treats their guests like extended family. If you’re ever in the area, I can’t recommend the Colonial Motel enough. A big thank you to the team for making my stay so memorable and showing what true hospitality is all about!
