I rent two rooms for my family and i: nonetheless, I have several complains about our stay in this hotel:
First, there was only one time the housekeeping went for the four days we stay. Second, over the two elevators only one work which was always crowded. Third, the breakfast was horrible I really don't recommended. Forth, on the second room I rent, the toilet didn't not work, and it took 24 hours to change my family to another room, the front desk people didn't help me at all with this issue and the end the person that help me was a person from maintenance which i really appreciated, pretty nice person. To conclude, over all the hotel needs to focus on the necessities of the guest, and resolving it.
