Good location and nice staff, but the hotel needs maintenance - only 1 (of 2) elevator was working, I could barely get my door open, many things felt a neglected. Speaking with folks in the elevator other rooms had issues as well.

Homelike feeling
This is our little hideaway! We love to go here just to get away from home sometimes. We always get the suite jsut incase we want to have company over or just to have a little extra space! We love the pool table and the lobby especially during the holidays, it's so beautiful! Breakfast options are pretty good and the front desk service is always great! We were charged for parking.

Positives: Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was very good. Check in very good. Negatives: Charge $10 to park car over night. TV in bed room not working. When we called was told that no one was there to work on it and no rooms were available to change. Fitness center very small. Bike not working. No remote for tv. Dumbbell weights were missing. We are always looking for places to stay in Annapolis area. May have to look else where near time.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Property is a bit dated and they need some staff to empty garbage cans, etc. You will also get charged $10 a night for parking which is not included in the Expedia price quote. Seems odd since it is their own lot and not a parking garage. Not terrible, not great.

Most things in the bathroom were broken off the walls. There was no shower curtain. Attended said he couldn’t find one. I had to go find one in the morning. His answer to the shower was here’s some towels. Room had a bad smell in it. Bed slept well and the tv worked.

The property is old and outdated. My room smelled musty and like urine. The floor air-conditioners were filled with mold and mildew and had broken grates. Smoke detectors were hanging from the wall with stains on the walls and ceiling. Not only would I never stay here again, I will never stay in another Hampton again.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The lobby and common areas were in excellent shape. Our room could’ve been nicer. The paint was peeling on the wall. The door didn’t shut properly the refrigerator was noisy. We had trouble with the TV’s Direct TV connection the first night, but after that, it worked great The location provided easy access to the harbor area, the naval Academy, and shopping in historic Annapolis.

My family and I always enjoy our stay here each time we visit Annapolis. We enjoy the cleanliness of the hotel, the pool, gym, professional staff, the hot breakfast each morning and the great location of being close to the mall and restaurants. We had a problem with the water flow of the sink in our bathroom, I notified the front desk and the issue was quickly resolved. We will be back to stay here again soon!

Initial check-in experience was terrible. Employee at desk was rude, mumbled, acted like I was bothering her and was obviously having another conversation with ear buds in. Next employee we encountered a few hours later was the total opposite. Friendly, helpful and glad to be of service.

Very disappointed with the pool hours. After dinner, headed down to the pool for a swim, and found it closed. It was only a little after 8:00 pm. Also received an email that I would be charged an additional $10 to park my car. Unreal way to treat an HHONORS member.

To be honest, this was a very poor experience but ill explain... the reason for my ratings... I was in town for my mothers funeral, and it was SSSOOO damn humid out the hotel itself was almost as bad as it was outside. i got a suite and im glad that i did because 1 of the 2 A/C units went out, thankfully it wasnt the one in our bedroom... when reported to the staff they advised me that there was NO maintanance working that weekend, the pool had to be shut down at 8pm because there was an electrical issue with the lighting at the pool. the staff were awesome, especially the ladies at the front desk & housekeeping (i wish i had gotten thier names) the property was very clean
