I stayed at the Radisson for my first time in São Paulo and I had a great stay. The hotel was clean, quiet and the air conditioning worked wonderful. It was easy to walk around the area from the hotel and the staff was friendly. The morning breakfast had many options and highlighted local dishes and fruits.

Very conveniently located to Paulista. Check in was tedious- not great after a long flight. The “luxury room” appeared rather basic, so rang up to check that it wasn’t a mistake. Apparently, their interpretation of “luxury” is a room above the 12th floor, with a view of pretty much nothing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options- most impressed.

Rooms need a lot of maintenance work. We rented 3 rooms, and every room had a problem. Lockers didn’t work in 2 out of 3. A/C in our room started dripping on the second night, and flooded the room. Another general problem is that the bathrooms don’t have a/c. They get very hot, like a sauna! On the positive side, the staff were willing to fix things or relocate us.

Awesome Place
We had an awesome stay @the Radisson. The staff provided exceptional service from the moment we arrived in the Uber. The luggages were immediately removed by their staff and placed on a carrier which was taken up to our room immediately after we completed our check in. The rooms were very nice, clean and the beds were SUPER comfortable! They have pools with awesome views of the city. The hotel is within walking distance of Paulista Avenue where there are many restaurants, cafes, shops and several malls. The food was amazing in every restaurant we ate on Paulista Ave. Additionally, on Sundays, they shut down the street and have all kinds of entertainments and vendors. We had a fabulous stay at both the Radisson & Sao Paulo!
