This was a pretty solid experience. The only concern with the room was the lack of hot water in the shower. Staff were pleasant and helpful even though it seemed like they had alot on their plate at times. Of the three meals available in the all inclusive package breakfast and dinner were the best. Property infrastructure is old fashioned, that in itself was not an issue, but there is a lack of upkeep. Cleanliness, lack of staff and the deal breaker for us, the amount of stray cats made the stay uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with this facility the faucet had lime scale and rust in the bathroom the toilet tank had grime the door was chipping wood to the bottom and the door for the room is a basic door not good for security purposes. They need to lower the price for this type of facility
