Nice big clean rooms, other guests inconsiderate
I stayed here for a concert at the Forum because it was very close. It was just a quick $8.00 Uber ride there and back. The check in was quick and easy. The room was really big and very clean. The bedding is thin, but they had extra blankets up in the closet. There was a mini fridge and a microwave. The beds were basic, but comfortable enough. Overall, this room was very good for the price, plus the free parking. The only problem I had was that other guests in the hotel were smoking so much weed non stop that it was coming in to my room through the vents and actually ended up making me very ill causing me have to cancel my plans I had for my second day. They should not allow smoking of any kind indoors because it goes through the vents and can cause the other guests harm.

Cozy, Comfortable, & Clean
If you’re looking for a cheaper option to stay near the Kia forum, intuit dome or Sofi stadium I would recommend staying here. The lady at the front desk was super nice and provided extra pillows for us. The only down side is the walls are a little thin and it’s on a busy street but there’s free parking which is a huge plus. Overall I would come again!

Clean, friendly, and affordable.
I needed a room to hang out in while my daughter attended a concert up the street at the Kia Forum. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was and it was a 20 min walk to the venue. I would definitely stay here again.

I was very happy with my stay. The room includes mini fridge and microwave. There’s no closet but there are drawers for your clothes. This location has lots of food options down the street, is walking distance to stadiums and easily accessible for Ubers. I had a great experience here! (:

Perfect Location for the Intuit Dome. Very Basic room, but reasonably clean. Pillows were terrible. The street noise is very loud. The area around the hotel is low-income, and can be sketchy at night.

I recently stayed at this hotel that has its pros and cons. On the positive side, its walking distance to SoFi Stadium which is a definite plus, making it a great spot for event-goers. Additionally, the free parking was a nice perk, especially considering the area. However, the room left much to be desired. It felt like someone had attempted a quick flip; while there was a fresh coat of paint, the space really needs a full remodel. The pillows were worn and desperately need replacement—definitely not conducive to a good night’s sleep. Another downside was the parking lot. It leaks water consistently, which was quite inconvenient. To add to the list of issues, my daughter's room didn't lock properly, raising some security concerns. While the location was bearable for our stay, the overall experience wasn’t ideal. It did the trick for our needs, but I would likely choose a different hotel for future visits.

I chose this hotel (which is really a motel), because it was the best-reviewed in my price range and within walking distance to Intuit Dome. Given the fact that it's listed as a 2-star joint, perhaps my expectations should have been more moderate. The room felt very cold in the sense of not welcoming or cozy. It was poorly insulated against external sound Very sparse. Fridge and microwave were nice but there was no coffee available in the room or anywhere onsite. Again, I take responsibility for assuming too much and not doing enough research. I don't think there's enough parking, and the most irritating result of that is that cars are almost always blocking access from the parking lot to the sidewalk that leads to the rooms. This is inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage, and seems like a recipe for disaster for the cars parked in those spots, and also for the property, should a car owner decide to sue for damages. There are no common indoor or outdoor areas. Checking in and out were relatively quick and easy, and the person at the window (probably the owner?) was pleasant enough.

This is an acceptable place to stay if you are attending an event at Intuit dome and need to stay overnight. The dome is 3 blocks away. The room was basic but clean and comfortable for 1 night. Free parking is a plus. The major drawback is the surrounding area, which offers few dining options.
