When we checked in, our room refrigerator was not seeming to work properly. I went down to the desk to ask for another refrigerator because we had a lot of perishable food we had brought with us. She said she would tell her manager and they would look at it in the morning. I asked about what we would do with our food in the meantime, and her response, "Well, what do you want me to do about it?" I replied that she could get a refrigerator from an unoccupied room and trade it out. She said I will have to text my manager. She finally called some time after when we were getting ready for bed, and said there was nothing they could do tonight, but we could bring down our food and put it in the kitchen refrigerator. It was not checked the morning after as no one came into our room. Then, we had to go down to get washcloth because they left towels on the 3rd day and there was two of us. They did not even empty our garbage that was extremely full and obvious when you walked in the room. On the 4th day, they brought another set of towels, but did not even bother to make the bed on any day entering our room. We stayed 5 days/4nights. The breakfast food was not appetizing. Bacon was sitting in grease (no exaggeration) as well as the sausage, eggs had no taste, and the gravy was so salty. At least they had bagels & bread for toasting. The desk clerk was discourteous with every interaction. We always found her with a hood over her head sitting in the back & on her cell phone. No info provi
