We stayed here one night during a road trip. Of course it was the night that hurricane Helene ripped through Florida and there were tornado warnings in the area. The room was clean, water was hot and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is outdated but it was fine for one night. That morning there was a hurricane warning for that area but one of the staff (I never got her name but she was from Ohio) assured us we didn’t have much to worry about and made me feel safe as I was definitely feeling anxious. We don’t have tornados in Canada. The breakfast offered was cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, waffles and sausage. There was definitely enough to eat so can’t complain.

The staff was polite and helpful. The rooms were old no decor, with no pictures, very plain. The grout on the bathroom floor was filthy. We were there a few days . We managed but mediocre at best
