Amazing views from dining and lobby, great dining. Convenient transportation with drop off and pickup directly from hotel to everywhere. Friendly helpful concierge staff to plan and rearrange outings due to weather. You can also borrow hiking sticks and bear spray from the concierge desk if you forget to bring your own. Hotel currently undergoing renovations so view from room not so great but did not affect stay due to being out all day during the day with activities. Glad we chose this hotel for our vacation.

We have been before and have been wowed. This time, I’m assuming because it is shutting down, the grounds seem forgotten, the common areas were not kept clean between guests, the bathrooms are aged and moldy. This is an expensive property and patrons expect more for the amount we are charged.

This is a VERY unique property and even more so given the location to downtown Banff. The amenities are numerous and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs you may have. Parking is very expensive on site, however, so take that into account during your stay and for your budget. If possible, select a room on the back side of the hotel to get a view of the mountains!

Wonderful stay.

Great place with amazing pool and spa. Some rooms are a bit dated but the common areas are great and there are lots of activities and restaurants nearby. Excellent staff. Wonderful stay.

Beautiful property, awesome views from our room. Great service. Friendly staff. Loved the live music in the lounge each night. Great to have shuttle and bus service from front of resort. However, the rooms are spacious but very dated. Furniture is worn. Carpets are old. Needs a refresh into modern times! Overall good place to stay.

Hotel had amazing views and good service, cons are the vegan food was underwhelming (tofu was cooked well but veggies were a little soggy and potato pate was delicious but small serving size compared to other dishes)
