La experiencia con el check In fue lamentable. Aconsejo al hotel capacitar al personal de modo que se muestren menos apáticos e insensibles ante los huéspedes, un poco de empatía no les caería mal. Él Estacionamiento es en la calle frente al hotel.

NO REGRESARÍA NUNCA
Requeríamos de 2 habitaciones y hubo un error con la reserva de una de ellas. El problema se pudo resolver de varias formas pero las 3 personas que estaban en recepción fueron totalmente indolentes, encontraron siempre un problema para cada solución; 0 empatía, 0 vocación de servicio, nunca se preocuparon por buscar o proponer una solución ni siquiera para aparentar. Lo único que les interesaba era que pagáramos más y ni así: propusimos pagar una persona más pero aún teniendo disponibilidad no quisieron darnos habitación con 2 camas ni pagando la diferencia. La única opción que ofrecieron fue rentar otra habitación, cosa que nos obligaron a hacer, pero por supuesto que lo hicimos en otro hotel, no con ellos. Anteriormente nos habíamos hospedado un par de veces en este hotel, pero no pensamos hacerlo nunca mas; considero que no es rentable para el hotel contratar personal tan carente de empatía con el cliente.
