Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Rooms were comfy & bright. We drove there in our own car, and I’d recommend you drop off someone from your group to go fetch a garage key and map from the hotel staff before trying to park in the dedicated hotel parking area.

The checking in process is not as handicap accessible as the listing makes it seem. Once you are checked-in, you can always take the other door(a public door) to access the elevator. Room was comfy but hot (August), staff was nice. Hotel is close to shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was a great stay overall. Upon initial arrival, the hotel was a bit hard to find (look for “Hotel 41” sign) and it stated there was parking at available but it was full. We parked at the parking garage by Aldis and it was 20 euros for 24 hours. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. The old town of Heidelberg was beautiful. Overall, very pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel in a good location,short stroll to the river,town,castle.All staff that I spoke to spoke Excellent English(put my German to shame)My room was large,had a very comfortable bed with almost decent pillows.Walk in shower was great as was the rest of the very clean room.Only had a coffee so can't comment on the breakfast.Secure,underground parking was a plus for the motorbike.Great bar/bistro behind the hotel(1 minute walk) Overall a very nice hotel,would be my choice again. As an aside, if you fancy some proper German food,then down the main shopping drag before the big church on the left is a restaurant (can't remember the name but looked very old so stands out a bit)try the pork knuckle,it will feed two easily. You will thank me later.

Wonderful place, like new

Seems to have been renovated given that some of the photos online are rather old, this place is anything but, it is very new and was possibly one of the nicest places we stayed while in Europe for 5 weeks. Its very green and new age but all the creature comforts are there, large bath, excellent shower, view from the window with a great design and nice little cafe downstairs.

Gute Lage direkt an der Straßenbahn, ruhiges Zimmer, leckeres syrisches Essen bei "Mahmoud" nebenan und köstlicher Kaffee im angeschlossenen Cafe. Das TV im Zimmer hat diesmal nicht funktioniert und ich konnte die Klimaanlage nicht steuern. Ich kehre trotzdem wieder.
