Bean to the rescue
As always good stay good people. Maintenance worker should be fired 2 days the desk had to unlock my door. Just batteries to replace. But big THANK YOU to your worker Bean she went above n beyond and fixed my lock. Thanks Bean. Owe ya a drink.

We checked in got to our room there were some sort of pills on the floor in our room, then we moved an end table to get to the sink and it was filthy all around that area and shards of glass on floor in bedroom as we had a suite so the bedroom was separate from the living room are

No heat
While the hotel was clean and had a nice pool area and a continental breakfast im giving it a 2 star overall. Our key cards did not work half the time and we had no heat in our room for a 3 day stay. We were not offered any kind of refund or a change of rooms. They staff overall were all very nice except for one of front desk ladies. Absolutely loved the breakfast attendant! He was great at his job! He made sure we had whatever we needed and was very personable. I give him 5 stars!
