Horrible check-in experience. The manager seemed irritable as she had a line of people to check in. When she got to me, I explained that I had 2 reservations, one w/ two rooms, and one with one. She immediately told me I only had two rooms. When I told her I could show her the confirmation, she began yelling at me, telling me she didn’t care what my confirmation said, she only showed two rooms, and she was full. A couple of my family members came over from the lobby to see why she was yelling, and when they questioned why she was yelling at me, she yelled at them, telling them to get out of the hotel, and that we wouldn’t be staying there. None of us raised our voice with her, and this was extremely unprofessional on her part. We asked to speak to the manager, and she yelled that she was the manager. My daughter asked why she was being so rude to us, and I asked why she was being so loud and she yelled again, saying “I’m always loud!” I would have left immediately, but we were there from out of state for a funeral and had no place to stay, because everything was full. My daughter, who was sitting in the lobby, videotaped her yelling from across the room. I was eventually able to calm her down, and she finally must have realized how unprofessional and out of control she had been, because she gave us the two rooms she had us down for, and a small discount on one of them. Two other staff members stood behind her this entire time, saying nothing.
