Gute Hotel, aber Betrug bei der Bezahlung

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis sehr gut. Die Betten waren bequem und alles war sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und frisch. Einziges Problem: Bei der Ankunft wurde uns gesagt, dass wir vier Zimmer per Kreditkarte gebucht hätten. Das stimmte nicht, da per Hotels.com nur zwei Zimmer gebucht wurden. Dennoch bestand das Hotel darauf, dass wir auch die zusätzlichen Zimmer bezahlen mussten. Hotels.com konnte / wollte nichts machen, da das Hotel denen sagte, dass wir das genau so gebucht hätten. Aufgrund dieser Lüge haben wir unser Geld nicht wiederbekommen. Dieses Hotel werden wir nie wieder buchen.

Ett ok hotel men boka utan frukost!

Hotellet kändes gammalt… länge sedan det fick en uppfräschning. Rummet var helt ok och bad rummet helt ok. Bra att det fanns schampoo! Ett plus! Frukosten var bedrövlig!!! Dåligt utbud och brödet kändes gammalt och hårt…. Kanske gårdagens? Samma med croissanter och annat… gammalt!!! Inte nybakat i alla fall. Personalen var trevlig vilket uppväger betyget något
