Great Hotel
We booked three nights in Stirling, we had little to no expectations of this hotel as we simply decided the town was a good location for our visit. We loved this hotel, will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Historical hotel with dated decor
The hotel is beautiful. The staff are wonderful and all round well performing. However, the property is dated and looks like it’s hit by CEO pay rises — the staff deserve to have a well paid job and the hotel deserves money towards better maintenance as a historical landmark.
Tomasz, 2-night trip

Lovely hotel
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool area was a little dated and in need of some upgrades.
Andrew, 1-night trip

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel apart from the shower in our room had no pressure and was like a dribble coming out. The facilities are good we used the pool, sauna and steam room.

4/10 Fair

How did it get a 4 * rating?
Not sure how it got a 4 Star Rating?!? Tired decor but very cozy bed. The Leisure Center is getting a much needed update but pool, spa and steam were very nice. Steep 10 pound nightly parking fee.
1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

The building is certainly a maze, but once I got to my room it was great! Much bigger than I expected and very comfortable with a clear view of the sunrise over the city. One of the window locks was broken, and there was a pretty big step to get into the shower, but those were really my only complaints. It's really convenient for exploring Stirling and had lots of amenities I didn't have time to explore. I'd definitely stay again.
