Really comfortable stay
I really had a nice time in the larger room with a kitchen for a few nights while my sister was at the Mayo for testing . Staff was nice. The beds and bathrooms very comfortable. Easy getting to Mayo each day even in the freezing weather. We took either an Uber (so easy) or the shuttle (easy too but more waiting since it's on a schedule) or walked (easy if you are capable). The train station being right next door was a bit of an issue if you're on the side of the building they run on. I didn't happen to be on that side so I was fine. We did find the parking at the hotel difficult since there's construction next to it that was taking up a lot of spots. However, once we parked for our stay we didn't move our car till we left for home.

Overall great. Convenient parking with elevator access. Walking distance to Mayo clinics (no subway/skywalk though). Friendly staff, newer hotel, clean and well maintained. Had an issue with lack of hot water one morning though. Train tracks right behind hotel are a little noisy at night.

Stayed for 4 days while having a checkup at Mayo Clinic. Location couldn't be better, well within walking distance to Mayo and multiple restaurants. Stayed on the 7th floor, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. Furnishings seemed reasonably new, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. No complaints, would happily stay there again.
