Very comfortable hotel and great location for exploring Avignon. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would have liked a balcony or street view, and options for tea and coffee in room were limited, with milk not replaced every day. Floor in bathroom became very slippery when wet.

It’s clearly an older building but refurbished. The room is okay. Beds are very comfortable. A drinking water machine is placed outside next to the elevator, which is very good when the tapwater taste metallic. The water pressure is fine, however, the shower is quite slow; it takes a long while to wash off the soap. The location could not be better, when it is right next to the Palace.

Best place to stay in Avignon
Very good hotel, would recommend! The location is unbeatable, right next to the Palais des Papes and right in the middle of the city center. The parking is super easy and close - but is a little expensive even with the discount. The air conditioning works well, even in almost 40°C heat. The highlight though was the reception staff! Very friendly and helpful
