Let’s start off by talking about the rooms. The rooms have a wet smell/ mold smell. When we would leave the room and come back our clothes felt damp. When we got there no one show us to our room (which we change 2 time but like at 4 in total due to the smell). The staff at the front desk is rude and does not have good customer service. At times it came off has racist. To be honest this is the worst hotel I have been to which makes me never want to come back to this country. The only thing they have going for them is the party’s.

We decided to go Macao Beach for our 30th Wedding Anniversary after many researches and videos of others we watched and I will have to say we definitely made the right choice! The atmosphere, rooms, restaurants, property, especially quietness (it definitely helped to choose all adults only if you want complete relaxation) and the friendliness of the Staff was excellent in my opinion. The only downsides of the trip was, we had a junior suite which had 2 rooms and the AC was not quite strong how we wanted it and I was able to connect to WIFI in only certain places, even in the room, I had to go to the Balcony. Overall, I definitely recommend the resort to everyone needed that awesome relaxation we've experienced!! I can't wait to go back!

I’ve been to a couple of RIU resorts and this was one of my favorites due to the smaller size. The food was very good. Only had one night that food wasn’t up to par. Staff was always friendly and helpful. We didn’t get all the amenities listed but it didn’t impact the overall experience. The staff remembered our preferences for drinks every morning and always greeted us with smiles.

I stayed at the RIU in other countries an always liked them , the newly renovated RIU Macao was very nice ,rooms had everything you need an were set up nice , I ask for a king bed , but got two full size my only complaint. Easy walk to clean beach , food options were good food was fresh , late night food was good , I wish I could’ve stayed longer .price was good for all you get .
