A limpeza poderia ser melhor. Matei 3 baratas no quarto. Sem falar da quantidade de cabelo no chão. A TV é muito pequena. Mas pelo preço, acho que não posso reclamar.

We had to leave after the first night. Room was dirty including ants, bathroom toilet leaked, wall outlets very loose to the point we couldn't charge our phones, Ceiling in bathroom was pealing, shower area was moldy, TV very small and it was noisy in the hotel. Hotel hallway floor tiles were held down with packing tap.

We were there only for about 4 hours at night. The commode was not flushing and they did not switch the room as they were fully booked, neither did they have a maintenance guy to fix it.

This place has roaches. I woke up the next morning seeing 2 crawling around on the bathroom floor. I hightailed it out of there. There are no elevators so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs. The ac unit barely worked as well.

We never got a room apparently we were on the overflow booking and was unable to get a room. Very disappointing.
Ulasan terverifikasi

4/10 Lumayan

The pool was closed during my entire stay. A man told me he was going to repair something so they could open it, but all he actually did was watch videos on his phone in the hotel lobby and didn't fix a thing. Also, if you get a room at the far end of the hotel, you have to walk all the way around the building every time you leave or come back, because the side doors don't work with the key card. To top it off, if I set the AC in the room below 70 degrees, it would leak water, and the only 'solution' they gave me was to put rags underneath it to catch the water."
Ulasan terverifikasi

8/10 Sangat bagus

This hotel has a MAJOR, serious serious mood problem, the staff was super kind to change my room twice and even update us to a room in a building that was free of the issue but sadly the problem is so widespread I can't really recommend the place not even for a low price since mold breathing poses a very significant health threat.

Booked a room though Hotels.com with confirmation. Arrived at this hotel and was told they had no reservation or room for me. Front desk clerk told me to contact Hotels.com. Only way to contact Hotels.com is through a week and useless chat session. Tried 3 times to get help and no luck after 30 minutes trying. Will not xupl Hillb using Hotels.com ass

Ulasan terverifikasi

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is questionable with a big, dead roach in my room. Bathroom door could not fully open or close. 1 bar of soap provided for both hands and shower, so recommended buying some. Breakfast was sad. They had a waffle maker, bread, snacks, and cereal. On google it said 3 star hotel for some reason, but it's an afforable inn.

The door locks in most rooms are not working good. Three days from our 7 days trip were really really wasted in hotel after teo times room changing for no good door lock and no WiFi. I decided no more room changing requested lock hanging even that lock brought had hassals toilet leaking water wasting a lot
