Friendly staff cleean rooms
We enjoyed our stay We came with our daughter and her family The kids enjoyed the park right beside the hotel and the pool The rooms were nice and clean The staff were super friendly We liked the view of the mountains in the mornings from our balcony Also our daughter had gotten engaged in front of the hotel during our stay so the hotel will always have good memories for our family We will definitely be back again

This place is our favourite. Room no. 242 is spacious with a wonderful view of Mount Norquay. The pool area and hot tub is superb.

No A/C. Multiple water leaks. Good service.
When booking hotel overall pictures looked good. When we got there we received a free room upgrade which was nice. Once in the room itself the quality of the stay was poor. Bathroom light whenever you turned it on flickered horribley like an old horror movie. When showering there was very little for a water barier and water got all over the floor outside the tub. Toilet was extremely low to the ground, felt like sitting on a childrens stool. Water damage and paint peeling in the bathroom ceiling as well. Drains in the tub and sink were very small to the point that water took forever to drain out. Tv very out dated compared to other hotels in the area, unable to stream from phone to tv. Tv guide did not match channels as there were 1 to 3 shows playing per channel. Going upstairs to the loft was good. Attempted to use jacuzzi tub, found that the spout to fill the tub leaked very badly that it leaked water all around the outside of the jacuzzi, had to use towels to makeshift a dam around the jacuzzi. Biggest concern with the entire room was that when we first got inside the room was 26 degrees celcius. Attempted to use air conditioning in the unit via thermostat. Could hear the fans turn on and could feel air flow but the air conditioning itself did not work at all. Had to sleep every night with balcony door wide open in 1C weather just to normalize the room at 16-18 degrees C.

Can't complain. It's our go-to.
We've stayed here many times because the kids love the pool. Definitely dated but the rooms are big, the hot tub and pool are nice, the service is always wonderful, and it's right beside a playground. Highly recommended if you have young kids.

Nice Stay
2nd time staying at The RundleStone. Good value for accommodations walkable to town. Enjoyed the hot tub and the fireplace in the lobby. Rooms are spacious,clean. They accommodated us on our request for the 3rd floor. The only draw back was our view from the window was to the pool area and not outside.

The AC / cooling didn't work in our room. I was surprised we needed it, in winter, but the room was 26 degrees Celsius. We tried to turn it down, didn't work. Thought the staff fixed it but they didn't. At 3 am, after being unable to sleep due to this excessive heat, I had to get a new room. Needless to say I did not sleep well. In addition the pillows were way too big and hurt my neck. I imagine if you have any room that looks out at the pool you're going to have this issue. Avoid room 215 for sure. The staff were not very apologetic and I did not receive any type of compensation/discount. I definitely won't be back

Highly recommended
We find this facility meets all our requirements. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, great selection of amenities (although a microwave would be nice). Underground parking is a plus. Staff are friendly and efficient.
