Super 8 Should Be Ashamed!!
No one was at the desk or in the hallways when we arrived. Had to call a number that no one answered. We left and came back to a rude man who didn’t want to get up off of his chair.
When we did not have an ice bucket and had a dirty bath towel, instead of giving them to me, he walked me back to my room to confirm that I had no ice bucket and felt my dirty towel wasn’t dirty enough to replace! What?????
It appeared that a man was asked to leave the building and maybe had been living there. He had his trucked backed into the back entrance loading through out the night. He had the door propped open so that anyone could enter the building!
Super 8 chain should be ashamed of this location. Do better!
Also, the smoke detector had plastic over it to allow the previous occupants to smoke undetected. Nice job cleaning the room if you didn’t notice this. Wow, just wow!
