Everything was excellent, but we could hear all the people walking in the aisle to and from their rooms with and without luggage, too noisy. Need better doors with noise reduction.

This is our second time to stay at El Presidente. Our experience on both occasions has been awesome! Their service especially at the Sunshine Club has been what we have been coming back for. Happy to say our children sort of grew up in this hotel with memories of Cancun vacations..We also enjoy that this is a smaller hotel that doesnt get crazy busy during meal times.
