We had a really nice stay at this hotel during our week in Crete. We were very comfortable here and really enjoyed our room and property. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Although we didn’t use the pool, it also looked really nice and clean.
The staff at the hotel were so lovely and it was evident that they really care about all the guests. Maria (the hostess / manager) was so incredibly welcoming and kind. She gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and always responded to messages promptly. 10/10 customer service!
The property is located in a cute little beach town with lots of other hotels nearby and many restaurants and little grocery stores. Also there were many adorable street cats that came out at night.
The only thing we were slightly annoyed about was the bathroom situation. The open shower causes most of the bathroom to become wet after use, and it takes forever to dry. There were also 2 or 3 times where the water didn’t get very hot. Some of the towel hooks could also use some maintenance, as they were falling off.
But all in all, we were very pleased with our stay! I would recommend this hotel to anyone :)
