The two African gentlemen working in the evening and in the morning, could probably benefit from improved public relations skills. In other words, they were not friendly at all. However, the Indian woman at the front desk in the evening was delightful.

Nice place to stay!

Hotel was clean. Manager was very nice and friendly. He came quickly when we could not get our tv working and resolved the issue. Bottom mattress had popcorn on it at the head of the bed. (Manager did inform me that they were short-staffed before check in. There was no elevator, but hotel was only 2 stories. Overall, this was a nice place to stay, good price and good location!

Very clean. Room was spacious. Chair was less than firm but made it work. Daily housekeeping was great. I was amazed how quiet it was as I was on the first floor. I was very pleased with the stay. Will book here again in the future. Many options for food close by.

There's a separate entrance to the property with key 2 entry key cards laying on a ledge. Looks like employees smoking. Didn't check to see if they worked but easy entry if they did and bypasses the front desk. No meat on the breakfast except in the sausage gravy. One day our room was NOT serviced when we wanted it serviced. Everything else was good.

Missing items need repairs

I felt like the brakfast could have been better a lot of items needed to prepare food wasn't there and not enough food. Need minor repairs shower rod screw was making shower rod loose. Possibly big bars of soap for bathing.

We reserved two rooms which we were in 101 & 102 I believe. While pulling back the covered I saw something brown and it ended up being a crumb but at this point I’m paranoid. So I look around just to find bed bugs in the bed frame and blood on the sheets. When mentioned to front desk they moved us but would not allow us to look at other room. First thing we did when moved into 124 was check everything and it was very clean. Thank goodness. The next day my mom was in the front lobby as well as another guest that came up and complained that her room which was 101 was very dirty and underkept. So the other guest asked my mom her experience and my mom broke the news to her that there were bed bugs. At this time the front desk was yelling at my mom for “ trying to run our guest away and telling them about bed bugs just cause you had a bad experience” and so much more of them raising there voice and then proceeding to tell my mom “ we don’t even want you here anyways”
