Great place to stay and meet other people. The rooms were great and got an upgrade and staff are super friendly

We enjoyed our recent two night stay prior to a cruise. The ocean view studio was equipped with a mini kitchen, fridge, stovetop and utensils. Because of our short stay, we did not avail ourselves of the kitchen. The staff in the office was extremely helpful in answering questions and giving us advice. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. The beach at this location is not very large or good for sunbathing, but a short walk brought us to an exceptional beach where we swam alongside sea turtles! The open air restaurant with a small bar on site was good, we enjoyed coffee and a delicious breakfast in the morning and their two happy hours per day. The hotel is located in the center of St. Lawrence Gap with many bars and restaurants in walking distance. A very good stay for the price we paid! One other note, we had a late departure and they provide a lovely hospitality suite so that we could enjoy the day on the beach and then go and shower and change before departing. They also stored our luggage for us.

The property was nice but not for younger lively crowd under 40. I came for my 37 bday and wanted a in between live crowd with music and some activities. This hotel is for the old and retired people ( 60plus) wanting peace and quiet all day and night. It is a great view of the ocean and walking distance to the night life right in the gap (10 steps away). I just wish it was stuff to do at the hotel. I didn’t even feel comfortable playing music from my portable speaker at the pool. Everyone is either sleeping at the pool or whispering to talk to each other. There isn’t anything to do at the hotel nor any music playing at the bar or pool.

All the services the hotel provide are excellent. You cannot fault the staff and the view and ambience surpasses our requirements. We have now stayed here 6 times. The only slight issue is with other guests who "reserve" their Sun loungers around 6am with their towels but don't actually sit in ten for between 2 and 4 hours later. This is despite the fact that the hotel have a notice in the rooms asking that guests do not do this. Also some guests decide to smoke on their balconies (weed included) which again the hotel have explained in their incoemTion tbat this is against Barbadian law. This will not stop us visiting again but is an annoyance which is outside of the hotel's xontrol

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Beds were small and uncomfortable, 2 double beds. Breakfast was good.
