Charges that can add up!
While the staff was very friendly I found that Hilton has gone the way of nickle and diming their guests. This hotel iffers now shuttle service at all even though it is approx 5 minutes from the airport. So parking, $10 a day and there is definitely plenty of parking spaces so it is not that there is limited parking. Housekeeping reduced to every other day which has to affect the housecleaning staff pay. It also advertises restaurant and bar. The bar opens after 5pm and restaurant opens for breakfast and dinner. No free breakfast. I asked if I could buy a bagel. Was told I could not without paying $10. Finally, 2 bottles of water were complimentary if you were a Hilton honors member. No more. You have to be in a h8gher tier group. As far as accomodations the room was comfortable and clean.

The hotel was clean, slightly worn and had a stained pillow. I'm mostly disappointed in the lack of information given at checkin. I was unaware breakfast was available, I was unaware that we would be charged for parking after paying an overpriced fee for the locale. Staff didn't seem to care if we were there or not.

My room was very clean and well appointed. The bathroom also had everything and was clean but, it smelled of mold. Anything that was missing was readily supplied by the front desk. This was the first time staying in a big chain hotel that charged for breakfast. I will probably switch from Hilton’s to Marriott for this reason.

Had a good stay. I thought it was stupid to charge nine bucks a night for parking. I'm guessing for security. Well someone should be checking on the guard. I never saw one. That's nine dollars times how many rooms. What's the guard getting sixteen bucks an hour. Just a little scam going on I think.
