It's more of a bed-and-breakfast than a hotel, but the room was clean and comfortable, the included breakfast was good, and the staff was helpful.

8/10 Very good

The Oasis is in a very convenient location in Boston (a fairly short walk to the Orange T station on Massachusetts Ave and close to Fenway Park, the BSO and Museum of Fine Art). The room was decent and breakfast (included) also fine. It does what it sets out do do providing a comfortable stay at a competitive price.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near Newbury Street, with plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. It is a small and charming hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent bedding, a great shower, and a very quiet atmosphere, which made my stay especially pleasant. I really enjoyed my experience and would definitely stay here again!

What a lovely guest house! Loved the neighborhood vibe near to Berklee College of Music and very walkable to Newberry Street, Comm Ave, and beyond. Simple, clean, and had everything I needed (including a reasonable rate compared to other hotels in the area). I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Considering the other options in the area were way more expensive, would absolutely stay here again if attending an event at Fenway.

10/10 Exceptional

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The location was excellent for our logistical requirements, and while the neighborhood itself was a tiny bit sketchy, the premises themselves felt secure and I never felt unsafe. We would book here again. One recommendation: provide an alternative to tap water, such as filtered water for drinking. One particular lovely detail: the flowering window boxes.

Looking for a no-frills stay. Oasis House is the place. Room was quaint. Mandatory cleaning every other day. Bathroom is separate which makes for quite a few trips. A/C is nice makes room cozy. Serve a continental breakfast in the morning, which is nice. Located in the Berklee area of Boston. Access to trains and buses is easy. About 15-20 minute walk to Fenway Park. People are friendly and helpful. Vibrant area, lots of walking traffic. Loved it. Only knock was room could use a mini-fridge.
