The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, but the walls are thin, especially with the wall that shares the communicating door with the next room. Our neighbors were extremely loud at all hours, so we had to request to move rooms, which the front desk staff kindly accommodated. Also, the work desks in the room are quite small, if you’re there for business and intent to work.

We enjoyed this place. The pool was a little cool and we had to request to get the hot tub to heat and they fixed it right away and got it running for us. The shuttle service was excellent. It took you to two opposite parts of the Strip, for free. It stopped at Treasure Island and also Excaliber. The staff were awesome. It was a little dated in the inside but we didn't mind. Spacious, clean and exactly what we needed. Went there with 16 and 11 year old, 2 seniors in their 70s and ourselves.

Basic at price point= disappointing stay
Chose it for it's non casino environment, for an shivers lanniversary trip layover. Asked for a quiet room. Was given a room by the pool (noise) and it was an adjoining room with a loud neighbor and we could hear every word... Then at 10am, housekeeping is calling to ask when we're leaving!!! Seriously??? We had stayed here previously so we booked again. But this was was not a good stay. Very basic inclsions, including just one tiny soap!

A bit of delay getting into our suite because they wanted to make sure everything was perfect, but they put us into another unit which was even better. We were very impressed with the suite which had everything we needed.

Excellent off-strip hotel with nice room and facilities. The hourly resort shuttle to the Strip (Excalibur Hotel) was great and the flat screen TV had a much larger channel list than any of the strip hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely stay here again.
