Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the room was roomy for two people with a modern full size bathroom. We were allowed to check in at no additional cost (typically they charge $40) but the man at the front desk was very nice since we had alot of bags. — there is nowhere to store bags if your room is not ready so plan accordingly. The room was very clean, air conditioning and heating worked great, WiFi was strong, however walls were thin. You could hear pretty much everything because rooms are close together. This hotel is close to the projects so keep that in mind. This isn’t the nicest area of queens. But I never feared for my safety and found it easy to get around. This is a short 5m walk to the Q66 bus and the F train.

The air-conditioning worked very well, I just wish they had microwaves in the room and better Internet. The internet is good but if you want to game on your laptop and a system its only 2.5 GHz. But the place is nice clean and the staff are very helpful.

I think for the price charged the hotel worth. Especially if compared to the NYC price. They delivery what is promised. Of course it is not a fancy hotel. But I liked. It is cheap and next to the subway. Front desk guy. ashar is very firm sly and did everything to help me. If you are looking for an affordable accommodation in NYC I think it is a very good option.

Arrived a day late due to flight cancellation. Phoned the hotel to keep the booking. Arrived and the booking could not be found for half an hour until I asked for a manager. Got to the room… no electricity.

Overall: You’re getting what you pay (or I guess don’t pay) for. It’s a cheap hotel. Hotel: Rougher part of the city, but close to some fast food restaurants and a subway entrance so it made getting into Manhattan easy. Staff: Checking in and out was quick, but I didn’t interact with them outside of that other than once right after checking in. Room: Smaller than I had expected. It was on the first floor, so I could hear everything from the lobby. The window looked into a creepy back alley, so I left the blinds shut the entire time. Mattress was wrapped in plastic underneath the fitted sheet, and there were just two pillows, a sheet, and a thin fleece blanket with a hole in it on top of the bed. My lamp had no light bulbs, and when I asked the staff, they said they have no extras and no housekeeper. Bathroom: Basic, basic amenities (hair dryer and towels). No shower soaps. The hand soap in my bathroom was already opened, so I didn’t use it for my entire stay. They had given me fresh towels on my third day and one of them had a hole in it.

Bed cover had holes in it room was freezing took all night to warm up I got in the room 2:30am left at 10:30 room was still cold wasn’t completely warm yet still no soap for the shower and hallways smelled like cigarettes all old tv channels on the tv nothing updated or at least close everything was from the 1980s and 1990s

I stayed here for four nights in January. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. For 3 out of the 4 nights, there was no hot water in the shower. In the middle of an NYC winter, taking cold/lukewarm showers is unacceptable. Despite notifying the front desk, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. While the location was good (we were in Long Island City right near Queens), staff did not offer any support beyond telling us to keep running water (which we did every night). Especially in the winter, a proper functioning shower (with at least warm water is a basic requirement. I expected much better for the price and for this level of hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to others traveling during winter months.
