great stay in City that doesn’t clear/grit sidewal
called shuttle from airport and it arrived a few minutes later - very efficient, lovely lobby with gas open fire and easy chairs. efficient check in and elevator, nice large room with efficient heating and fridge + microwave. comfortable bed, nice side view of lake. lots of eating options within 5 minutes walk. (but authorities hadn’t cleared or gritted the sidewalks so I was marooned in the hotel unless I took a cab or Uber - wouldn’t bother to visit city in Winter again- too dangerous)

Neighbors were rowdy and smoking right by room door. The smell of smoke was penetrated in my room. Neighbors were arguing all night. Many homeless people walking around, and one even tried to open my door at 3 in the morning. I didn’t sleep the whole night.

The room was very clean...but there was no heat! I told the front office about it...I was told there was some controls on the baseboard itself. Well, there was no type of sign in the room letting patrons k ow how to put the heat on.

Disgusting
Stayed here one night for next day flight. The beds sheets had hair and looked unclean, there was food and wrappers under the edge of the bed, and the room key machine was broken so when we needed back in our room, staff had to let us in because we didn't get a room key. If zero starts we're an option, that would've been my rating.

Noisy neighbors.
When. Check in to my room the people next to me were very loud disrupted so I called The front desk and complain they took care of it, but it didn’t stop them from making noise and waking me up so I called front desk and Ask them if I can get a different room they had no problem. They put me in another room quickly, nice and quiet and clean the police came and ran the others out.

The room was nice, and the beds were pretty soft, but on the night before we checked out the person working the front accidentally gave the wrong room information to another person staying at the hotel and opened our door a quarter of the way before realizing that we had the room booked. It almost led to me having a panic attack but other than that incident the overall stay was just ok.
